Observation

1)a) The safety latch on one of the bifold closet doors in the bathroom was not working properly and the door opened easily when checked. There are toxic products and hygiene products stored in the closet that were accessible. 5) There is a portable vacuum cleaner hanging in the kitchen that was accessible and within reach of children today. 5) There were a couple shovels and a metal rake in the outdoor licensed space. They were in the gravel area that is not easily accessible to children as there is a short fence up between the grass, where children play, and the gravel area. The short fence is not 48 inches high so the gravel area is considered licensed space, and could be accessible to children who are tall enough to get over the fence.
